Order confirmation:
All orders are confirmed automatically (by e-mail), and you will within 8 hours on weekdays receive message by email if there were any problems with delivery (backordered / sold articles).
You can always follow your order status by following the link that is specified in your order confirmation, or by logging on to your customer account. Order status is in the top left of the contracting side.
Orders to be paid via the post office, e-banking or check, will be valid for 10 days from date of order, then canceled automatically.

Tinga.dk uses a payment gateway from QuickPay. Communication with this payment solution has been tested by pbs. All map data is sent encrypted.
If we are unable to deliver the entire order, we can reduce your payment to the new order total. We can not increase the amount if you want to add one or more product lines.

Delivery:
We will usually send the same day we record your payment.
If your order contains ordering goods, however, the order will be shipped when we can make a single supply.
All orders are delivered as postal packages via PostDanmark and can be followed in their Track & Trace system.
You will receive a message with the package number when we dispatcher your order.
Shipping:
All domestic orders conferred DKK 50.00 to cover shipping costs to PostDanmark. Tinga.dk uses Posten's business packages.
Overseas and foreign destinations will pay the freight in accordance with current tariffs of PostDanmark.
These charges are embedded in our system, and you will always get the cargo indicated before you order. You will never pay more than the system calculated.
Return:
You have 14-day return / cancellation.
The goods must be returned in original packaging. Goods to be exchanged for a different size / color or the like, will be exchanged the same day we receive your returns. The cost of return shipments of this type held by you. We pay the freight to return back to you.
Do you want the money returned, it will facilitate our business, if you simultaneously send us information about your bank. We will need the following information:
Name of your bank
Account number
We will returne the amount to your account the same day we receive the goods.
Complaints and guarantee:
There will be 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all products.
Tinga.dk replaces or repairs to the extent possible defective goods, but we reserve the right to settle a complaint by paying the purchase price of the product.
